OLEA Boutique Suites is ideal for two families/couples of friends who want to spend their holidays together, but who do not want to give up their independence. The Cala Paura beach and the charming Cala Paguro are just 200 meters from the property. A 5-minute walk takes you to Cala Monachile and the historic center of Polignano a Mare. Olea Boutique Suites can accommodate up to 8 people and consists of two mini apartments. The first Melograno apartment, larger than the second, there is a double bedroom with private bathroom and walk-in closet; it is separated by a door from the living area, with a sofa bed for 2 people, bathroom and kitchen. The second Mirto, smaller, is an open space with a double bed, a sofa bed for 2 people, a bathroom and a kitchen. The two apartments communicate with each other with a double door that, if necessary, can be closed, making the two areas independent, each with a private entrance to enter from the outside.

You can book either the entire apartment (8 people) or one of the two mini apartments. The furnishings of the apartment have been taken care of by an interior designer, with a strong reference to Apulian traditions, giving the guest the pleasure of staying in a welcoming environment complete with all comforts. The rooms, with natural oak parquet flooring, overlook terraces and gardens with aromatic plants and spices, typical of the Mediterranean scrub, in which the olive tree stands out, the symbolic plant of Puglia, which inspired the name "Olea". The apartment is modern and equipped with all comforts and services, including: washing machine, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine. It is built respecting the highest standards of energy saving, with a modern centralized heating and air conditioning system in all rooms. It is equipped with a free Wi-Fi internet system. Possibility of parking in a public area, in front of the structure. Olea is also an excellent starting point for exploring the characteristic Apulian villages.
